Why PHP-Learn-It.com?

I created php-learn-it.com because I wanted to compile all that I had learned in last two years of programming in PHP into one place and most importantly, to share my knowledge and to create a place for beginners and programmers alike to get started with PHP programming.

This may shock you but I didn’t have any prior knowledge in PHP before graduating form University. I was more of a JAVA and C++ guy. I discovered PHP when a professor of mine asked me to help him with a project. I taught myself PHP from doing projects of my own and for other people. A month after graduating, I landed a PHP web developer job and have been working as a PHP developer ever since.

I’m creating this site to help other people learn PHP. I know most of you out there may be beginners in PHP or just starting to dig your teeth into PHP. Or maybe you’re a designer by profession but don’t have much grasp in PHP. If you’re a designer, you can leverage form learning PHP and demand more $$$ more your clients. But whatever the case might be, this site was created to you help learn PHP programming.
